"Dignity...It's an attribute I find most appealing in my Native American subjects, and it's what I strive to convey in my sculptures. Having grown up in an area rich in Native American history, I have been intrigued by Native American culture since childhood and marvel in their spirituality and wisdom. I earned my BA degree in Advertising Design from Iowa State University. Although mostly self-taught, I have attended a few classes and sculpture workshops. I am a member of the National Sculpture Society, and my work has appeared in juried shows from Wyoming to Illinois."
