​​Peggy Trigg has spent her life playing in the visual arts. Whether producing her own artwork or helping young art students reach their potential, she has been working in the arts for over 30 years. Possibly because of her teacher background, Peggy works in a number of media, including oil, acrylic and textiles. Her landscapes are produced in oil and she also dabbles in the fiber arts and abstract painting.

Peggy uses full bodied oil paints which she applies with a pallet knife, a spatulas or a loaded brush to produce loose, textural, and expressive paintings.

She works both on location, or plein air and in her studio in Questa, New Mexico.
