Artist Statement: I am currently enjoying the freedom of exploration in materials and techniques. I have created a workbook, “The Unstoppable Artist” which has a wide range of traditional and creative art projects and examples, so I am expanding a cohesive library of examples for future use through workshops. Making time for creative exploration is a passion that I transmit to emerging artists.
The inspiration that I receive from life whether fauna or flora is the awareness that all life is intrinsically connected. This feeling of awe runs through me and into my painting, regardless of materials or technique and is usually expressed as interpretive and modulated color applied with a lyrical brush in appreciation for the beauty of nature.
