I paint to see what happens– within myself and on the canvas; trusting my experience and being endlessly surprised. Everything is a creative process, an investigation, and in some sense, a healing art. What inspires me is the creative process itself, following my intuition and abandoning expectations. I like to experiment with various styles and mediums but my passion is in abstract expression.
I hold BFA in painting and have exhibited my work primarily in Washington, Oregon, California and New Mexico. Currently I am living in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I am also a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, happily practicing Acupuncture to help others be in harmony with themselves and their environment. I hope that my passion for creativity and exploration can be felt in my artwork.
