CHRISTINA HALL-STRAUSS STATEMENT
The Sand Patterns series was initially conceived while walking the beaches of Brittany, France. The series has now grown into a new way of expressing my love for the American Southwest, embracing the changing shapes I see especially in the arroyos, rivers, and riparian landscapes.

DON REDMAN STATEMENT
While my site-specific, monumental sculptures salute the interplay of gravity, centrifugal force, and balance, these smaller, immobile sculptures explore kinetics differently, suggesting and creating movement by virtue of the design of materials and permutations of light.
